Star Cast ft. Caroline Vreeland - Unlove You (90s Version) (Lyrics Video) HD

The Good
It’s got a nice upbeat moralistic tempo and good vocals to back it.
The Bad
It’s a very boring song to listen to as the lyrics don’t create much of a narrative or poetic story to follow along with.
The Sexy
“I’ll take the blow” … did she just use defending the weak and helpless as a setup for her to -snort all the cocaine like she’s taking one for the team- (blow = coke). Her song is too innocent otherwise but that may just be the perfect cover for a very illicit one liner (insert pun) that lyrically and vocally defines the song.

Unbreakable Love

The Good
That someone somewhere out there in the universe experiences a love that is unbreakable. Good for them.
The Bad
It’s a very boring but surprisingly (but not forgivably) hypnotic song.
The Sexy
She’s bold enough to try a country-esque tune, likely with a glass of whiskey in hand and a cowgirl hat whilst leaning in the shadows.

BORN AGAIN

The Good
With some of the notes she hits here… she is PHENOMENAL sounding. Like wow! She’s like an Amy Lee but without ambitions (and I mean that because in this song in particular she has such a strong rock vibe that I’ve not heard channeled into any of her other works… where is this Caroline Vreeland more often?).
The Bad
She’s like an Amy Lee…….. but without ambitions. Her anti-ambitions that she’s realizing in general beyond just this song (but made apparent from listening) is to be Lady Gaga pop-esque and it’s perfectly acceptable and she nails it but who cares. She’s sucha not-run-of-the-mill-person and she needs to rock more. PLEASE.
The Sexy
She sounds very sexy and takes certain liberties with some of the notes she hits on otherwise contemptuous lyrics.

Caroline Vreeland - The Mauling (official video)

The Good
She pulls off a very trippy compellingness which saves the song from total obscurity.
The Bad
The sample in the song of “awhhhh, Ayyyyy” has no place in this song whatsoever. This is an otherwise very interesting piece of trippy melancholy that is tampered by this unnecessary blipping in of upbeat commercial sounds FOR LITERALLY NO REASON. Unless the reason was to hold back the song’s quality, then it was a great reason because it succeeded.
The Sexy
She’s not Amy Lee and she doesn’t try to be. She just sounds terrific and does her own thing. It’s almost empowering to see someone with such a potential (though skill-wise, it’s already realized) and just being disinterested in attaining it. She’s a rock goddess who refuses the calling to her destiny. That’s hott.
